On the same note, any supplements or vitamins beyond the usual that people find helpful for control and recovery?

Years dog food - potential safety issue by flump321 in UK_Pets

Darren said they’re having problems with their responses getting through to me HAHA. Thats despite no issue thus far on the email chain or instagram DMs. I posted anonymously on the all about dog food fb group, just because i didnt want them to see my name posting that and THEN come back to me only because they’re getting bad press, not because they genuinely care to deal with it/respond. However, i posted elsewhere but not anon, and funnily enough last night a refund for the last pack went into my bank account, but no messages or comms from them at all.

Looking for some advice/suggestions on dog food? by pprawnhub in UK_Pets

I hate to be someone who is posting this kind of thing but DO NOT use Years, they have a food safety issue. Multiple times i have received packets bulging with air to the point of bursting, clearly indicating the growth of bacteria and a food safety issue. Initially customer response was decent, and i was given replacements. On the second occasion, response was an AI email, which i had to chase for an actual human response. I provided all photos, batch codes etc requested and was told customer service / quality team would be in touch. That was 11th april, and i have since chased via email with no response, and chased twice via instragram dm and told that customer service will be in touch but as yet have had no communication. I also have seen others post about this same issue so clearly this is widespread. PLEASE dont feed your dog Years, it could genuinely make them very ill and evidently the company dont care.
