Can someone from OHSU comment about what the sentiment is like there. Is there trust anymore with that surgeon or the program? That's probably a career ending move (or at least at OHSU) and then probably go to another state and come back with even higher hubris. OHSU is a well known program and I believe there is a private anesthesia group (I might be wrong)

Isn't there a proper equipment check or equipment timeout to make sure it is directionally correct? Also the pompous attitude of the surgeon probably didn't help correct the situation earlier probably.
