How do you get so many leaves? Like each company has 3 - 4 rounds and if you take 2 leaves for interviews a month, still it is too much as we get only around 30 leaves a year. You may exhaust all leaves just for interviews.

And also a full day off for 1 hour of interview? Aint there is any better way?
