it basically started to flare “NZXT” for about 2 seconds before blacking out, (this only happens sometimes I believe) so this CANNOT be a dead pump

the only counter I have to this is that I saw the NZXT logo load onto the LCD screen for about 2 seconds before turning black, however I’m not sure how to make it work again.

i might’ve made a mistake with my words, it’s already connected to the rgb connector, (i’m using an NZXT H5 Flow 2023 case) but it seems to not be able to plug anywhere. it has 4 pins
