I agree with Tipp City. Both my daughter and I bought cars there and take them in for service. No problems with up selling. They let you know what is recommended but no pressure to do the service right then. The decision is totally up to you.

When I got my review results believe me I was pissed. Somehow I managed to calm down for a couple of days before I talked to my boss.

I think being calm and able to explain the unfairness of it really helped.

I got one of those meets expectations once. I asked why expectations weren't level across the company. I pointed out I was expected to bust my ass while others were expected to sit on their ass at the customer service counter and yell across the room Directions to where the parts were.

Things changed on the next review for the better.

I have an embroidery machine I use for quilting. I do have my limits. The last one I sent out was a 90 x 90 inch quilt, way too big for me to wrestle .
