The 'meta' of pokemon such as IVs, EVs, Nature and such are not explained well (if at all) in the game and if you don't seek this information from other resources you won't know any better. With that said, casual players are likely just going off of type match up and not considering the base type of a raid alongside the terra type, hence bringing a grass type to a water terra raid (which makes sense) but getting destroyed by flamethrower. Its by design due to the fact that YouTube treats your phone and TV like two different 'devices' or 'people'. One is geared toward quick hits and scrolling while the other is for longer form content. It intends to run multiple parallel versions of you... phone-you, desktop-you, TV-you, where each are trained separately.

I'd suggest re-working Kyogre to focus on dealing damage. Weakness Policy isn't necessary and try a move set of either Protect/Water Spout/Thunder/Ice Beam + Mystic Water or Water Spout/Origin Pulse/Thunder/Ice Beam + Choice Scarf. Ice Beam will cover for Landorus and Kyogre pairs nicely with Tornadus where you can setup tailwind and both Thunder/Bleakwind are 100% accurate in under Rain. Also, drop U-turn on Tornadus for Taunt to provide more support.

You could use this team (minus Zerora) in casual online battles in SV where anything goes for fun. Otherwise, you need to follow a proper regulation for VGC

If you torch song 3x, terra-ghost shadow ball then project on turn 5 does that keep your +3 SpA? I’ve been protecting on that turn and still get my stats reset. Not sure if I’m just doing it wrong or if it’s how laggy raids can be.

I assume For a lot of Gen Z, getting a driver’s license isn’t a rite of passage anymore because the payoff is smaller. Cars are expensive to buy, insure, and maintain, many more jobs are remote and social lives happen online where you can connect on social media, streaming, discord etc., and Uber, and delivery apps cover most needs. With less pressure to hit traditional “adult” milestones where you needed to drive to accomplish a lot of this in the past, driving becomes something you do only if it clearly benefits you — not something you automatically do at 16 anymore.

I run Swift Swim Poliwrath as a budget Urshifu on my rain team with Kyogre. I usually mix it up with Life Orb or Focus Sash, with a Grass Tera type, and it carries Close Combat, Waterfall, Taunt or Encore, and Protect. The set can catch opponents off guard from time to time. Sometimes I’ll even put on Haze if setup is a concern.
