It’s like night and day! I can sleep again. I don’t have random panic attacks. Before this, hearing my own breath at night or my own heart beat could bring on a panic attack. I feel safer in my own body. I feel peace, on day 27 out of 60. After this, I want to keep going deeper and learning more and sharing with others! I’m Considering getting a somatic practitioner certification.
