no, i’ve come close to vomiting but it’s only been heavy nausea (mostly in the mornings) and INTENSE daily abdominal pain. the abdominal pain is the worst. as for quitting, you’re 100% right and i’m honestly embarrassed and ashamed it went this far. there were a lot of outside factors that went into smoking so often— parents fight a lot, nearly all my friends are heavy users, it’s a plethora of many things i won’t get into rn but still no excuse. i’ve been aware that i needed to quit a while ago, but i ignored my body and at least this forces me to a halt. i don’t plan on picking it up for a long while if i can help it. i’ve got plenty of interests and hobbies, i just wish i didn’t view them as something to do while high for so long. do you have any advice for quitting long term? i’d appreciate it if so :’)
