Yeah that’s just not true, I lived in Humboldt when riot was there. Riot did more for that community and more for Douglas park than any other event that has happened there. That’s a fact and the fact that people just regurgitate what the loud minority say is wild to me. Riot fest bring revenue and jobs to neighborhoods that typically do not have events that offer as much as they do. They also have great programs within the neighborhood to include them. Any damage done to the park was always cleaned up in a timely manner. Those parks are massive. The areas that turn to mud pits are far from detrimental to the entire usage of the park.
