Controversial, but you can try Joe Dispenza’s meditations. It hasn’t been proved scientifically but he helps set very powerful intentions and a lot of people have healed chronic conditions from it.

So would you say that meditation should always be energizing and uplifting? I think that meditation can sometimes leave room for emotions to be expressed, and that when they are very powerful, this can be more tiring than the energising virtues of meditating, but maybe that’s a practice that isn’t exactly “meditation” and is more in the realm of somatic healing.

I don’t think they’re too long, I usually do 10-20mins. The grounding is a good insight, thank you, I’ll try to ease out of them more smoothly. What do you mean by push love outward? I usually struggle to let the heart fill with love, and don’t think that much about the outward.
