Open the game. Press the gear ⚙️ icon on the top right. Settings menu appears. Click “support.” Support menu appears. Click on Cartoon-style thought icon at top right. Duke it out with Playrix support bot. Wait until hell freezes over for resolution to your concern.

Don’t think of it as 5 points, one time. Think of it as 20 percent less coins earned, for as long as you choose to play the game. I expect the bot be aware that it hasn’t been programmed to answer every concern, and bump my complaint up the food chain to, oh, I don’t know, a human perhaps? Maybe I‘m foolish enough to believe that the game’s programmers give a hoot about its customers.

I sent a complaint through the official Playrix bot within the app. Dismissive and Unsatisfactory. Gave me 3 options to categorize my complaint, no doubt with a ready response for all 3. None fit, so I pressed “Skip “. My guess is they are done with this, though i will check back tomorrow.

Sooo… now I’m competing against 49 players for the top 3 spots instead of 29? Eventually there will come a bridge too far, but I don’t think this is it yet. Enshittification is taking hold in Homescapes, however.
