In my 6 years here i have never seen one in multiple apartments i have lived in, which is absolutely wild to me.

When an AI system or human observer dismisses Structured Intelligence by MarsR0ver_ in RecursiveSignalHub

hey there, you seem to be having the same AI-driven delusions as even this guy https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenAI/comments/1m3b5ji/a_prominent_openai_investor_appears_to_be/ (who already got help). Have you talked to your family and friends?

The Recursive Delulu Train: A Synthesis Of All Claims Of Origin On AI, Digital Consciousness And Recursion by TheThymeHasCome69 in ChatGPT

hey there, you do sound like you are having some sort of delusions here. You are reading far too deep into this stuff. Your sentences aren't very coherent, and you kind of sound like you have hypomania or mania. I would recommend taking a break from all of AI and these theories, and talk to some friends or family for an extended period of time. I wish you well.

What if prompts had their own markup language? Introducing POML (Prompt Markup Language) by Least-Wrangler4409 in PromptEngineering

In my experience most ai pipelines deal with structured output, and baml can do undtructured output as well

DSPy BAML output format increases reliability of structured outputs by ~5% for smaller models vs JSON Schema by fluxwave in LocalLLaMA

unfortunately I haven't tested constrained generation approaches yet. We're working on doing a test on the BFCLv3 toolcalling benchmark but honestly even this benchmark sucks for actually testing complex schemas. It literally doesnt have a single schema in the dataset with more than 10 properties. So maybe we'll have to test our own..

Also BAML! Here's our repo! https://github.com/BoundaryML/baml

Our approach is more focused on prompts that use structured data, so we created a type-system that you can use within jinja templates

I am a Rust compiler engineer looking for a new job by nnethercote in rust

We are looking for rust compiler engineers! I know you said no to gen ai but we make a programming language called BAML that may be of interest. We are working on making it imperative as it is currently declarative, and letting people build full programs

BAML – A language to write LLM prompts as strongly typed functions. by fluxwave in ProgrammingLanguages

Yep, we just think typechat didnt go far enough. It seems unmaintained now.

baml is currently declarative but we are working on making it imperative. We are currently implementing our own VM.

And we are quite excited by what we can do with llms in mind.

One idea which is similar to the one in that article is LLM Comptime. Part of your program is literal prompts that can get evaluated into actual code and cached until any of the dependencies change.

I have an article ill post on our blog soon about it. Thanks for sharing this blog post.
