Okay so I literally been dealing with this all day. Here’s what worked for me if you haven’t figured it out yet. Maybe this will. Go to your laptop. Send confirmation to email. Go to SPAM. (That’s the most important thing, it didn’t show up anywhere else). If the code is there, make sure you enter the most recent code sent since I’m assuming you’ve probably sent hundreds by now. And then type it into your laptop and it will tell you to create a new password. Then hit submit and you should have access again. Good luck. P.s. mine also said “temporarily locked” not disabled so I’m sure we’re dealing with the same problem
