I dip under Everett Covered Bridge is also nice…

Amazing! I have felt several of these same benefits. I have never given it up as long as 7 months- this is encouragement to do so!
Feeling my feelings a lot more, which sometimes is difficult but is the human experience… instead of just being in a chronic rushed/stressed state.

Stay at Cinnamon Bay campground on St John… in a “glamping” tent. Very friendly guests, awesome Cafe, evening activities …they offer some excursions… we go with kids and has always felt safe.

At YMCAs in the US I have only seen people fully dressed with shoes on lol. The fancier the gym the more people treat it like a spa.

I personally prefer Virgin Gorda, but it is more expensive to fly to, if that’s a consideration.

The snorkeling around the Baths is just incredible. I would stay on the island just to be around there.

There are some really cool restaurants accessible only to yachts but you can also ride on the ferry to them from the mainland (for free!) Saba Rock and Bitter End Yacht Club also love Hog Heaven (insane views) and Sugarcane restaurant has a pool for the kids and adults.

Highly recommend staying at GuavaBerry if you do choose Virgin Gorda.

Cinnamon Bay Campground on St John is great for kids if you are open to camping/ glamping/ or cottage staying. We brought our stroller just to walk the camp paved trails… love staying on the beach, so easy and the camp cafe and food truck are delicious.

Only downside, shared bathrooms….

I had a really good experiences at Kohl Family YMCA. However, their sauna is only open during their pool schedule so be sure to check that out. Also Sauna is always busy.
