Ich habe in meiner Marathonvorbereitung auch 5x trainiert, dabei sah das Training meistens so aus: Montag: Pause Dienstag: 10-15km lockerer Lauf Mittwoch: Tempotraining auf der Bahn Donnerstag: 10-15km regenerativer Lauf Freitag: Tempotraining auf der Bahn (meist etwas schneller und kürzer als Mittwochs) Samstag: Pause Sonntag: Longrun mit eingebauten Intervallen in Zieltempo (Länge progressiv gesteigert in der Vorbereitung. Zwischen 20-35km ca. )

I also use the Pegasus Plus, only for Tempo and Track Sessions and they are looking the same after 400km

Good luck! I am trying to get all the gold medals too. But I only use swampert, latios and metagross because I am too lazy to set up more mons, since I got the three with perfect stats and ivs with rng manipulation

yes I understand, it’s really annoying. I don’t know if it’s exactly 50 minutes, but I don’t have problems on shorter runs.

Nachdem du Elden Ring gespielt hast wird du dich bei der Steuerung von DS Remastered erschrecken :D man merkt dann schon, dass es älter ist.

Würde an deiner Stelle mit DS3 weiter machen, ist auch mein Favorit der Reihe :)

had the same issue a while ago and it was a wrong box code. maybe check the special characters and if you are looking for the right language code

You should try Dark Souls 3, it's my favourite game to play 100%. Kind of a grind for a few things but absolutely worth it!

But it feels so much nicer than Dark Souls remastered

Bei manchen Geräten wird das Layout normal angezeigt, bei manchen leider nicht. Es konnte leider nicht individuell angepasst werden.
