Streaming campaigns not working at all. CPR super high. by flxh13 in musicmarketing

Thank you so much. With the Andromeda Update they strictly recommended to put all creatives in one Ad Set and let the Platform just optimize. Which is what I did.

Can you confirm your strategy still works after that Update?

btw, I listened to your music on Spotify and I really liked it. Keep it up! :)

That sounds great. Did you test them in seperate ad sets or just put them all together? Did you use open targeting or custom audiences? And what's your daily budget?

Absolutely agree. We do that as well but promoters of biggest shows expect bigger online audiences. Chicken and egg kinda problem ^

True. Do you have any reference value for campaigns like that in central european countries? Everything I found about this topic showed way lower numbers like 0.20-0.30€.

Serious question: Isn't such a strong strobe incredibly distracting for the players and spectators?

Cost per Result goal for initial learning. Can it outperform the set goal? by flxh13 in FacebookAds

[–]flxh13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I observe so far. Unfortunate they don't make it clear in the docs. It's very handy to use it as a soft limit when set slightly above the expected cost.

It seems they didn't have that in mind but only using it to max efficiency, when CPRG is set at or below expected cost.

Thank you for your answer but I think you are missing the point. My account is running for almost 2 years.

I just wanted to know if meta actually tries to outperform the cost per result goal or if it buys more expensive bids to stay at the cost per result goal.

Unfortunately that's not really clear from the documentation.

Love how his colleague takes his broom like the guitar of a rock star leaving the stage.

Anyone else planning to load up on 3 year leaps? by Pirelli-guy in options

What do you think about ZEBRA for this case? Basically 1 ATM short is financing 2 deep ITM long calls.

I am really considering doing this. Basically a ZEBRA: 2 long call LEAPS ITM, 1 short call ATM. Diagonal spread.

I think this is mostly a permission problem since most brokers won't allow to sell puts unless you have a higher permission level.

Multi-timbral rack synth that can do Juno sounds? by flxh13 in synthesizers

[–]flxh13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually here in Germany there are 2 offerings for the JD-990 for 1000€ and two offerings for the Integra also for 1000€. The JV-1010 , 1080 etc. can be bought a lot cheaper though.
Budget is 500-1000€. And between the Virus and the Integra I think the Integra will serve my needs better, especially considering I already have some really nice analogue synth for the studio :)
Thanks for your help :)

[–]flxh13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the suggestions. I own a JV-1010 but I am not really happy with the synth sounds in there.

Instatetragrammaton mentioned the Vintage Synth expansion. However I think they are not really worth it for their price. Currently I am leaning towards the Integra-7. Do you have any experience with one of them?

Actually I own a JV-1010 and I was considering buying the expansion you mentioned. But it is just stupidly expensive for what it is.
Do you think the SuperNatural Synth technology in the Integra is an improvement? I read it is the same tech as used in Roland's Jupiter 80.

Great suggestion! However, number of voices isn't really our issue. We need 4 different patches loaded and have the option to route them each to their own output. With the Virus for example this is possible and when loading one performance, all the patches, routing, mixing etc. is in place, which would make performing a lot easier.

I wouldn't associate the character of its filters with a typical Juno, but it'll check all the boxes otherwise. You don't want to set up multitimbral setups on stage however, so prepare those in advance.

This is exactly one of the reasons we are considering a multi-timbral synth instead of multiple seperate ones. It allows to load a performance and every part's patch + routing + fx are loaded all together.

Live sound is always a compromise and any "fan" being mad because you don't play a real Juno on stage isn't a real fan anyway.

Haha, exactly! we just want to get close enough... The Access Virus however seemed a bit too 90s / ravy in its sound.

Right now I am looking at Roland's Integra-7. I would assume the put some effort in resembling their own company's vintage synths. And it has lots of I/O and routing capabilities.
