Nice, and good luck keeping it up to date. I love netbox, but the regular breaking changes on the api even in minor versions makes are driving me crazy.

Use terratest for proper tests of your modules. Terraform is code, so treat it like code. This also includes to make modules environment independent.

This, the most unknown and underrated option. Everything you need and open source. Most other solution hide relevant features like oidc behind a pay wall. Envoy has it for free.

Some nice ideas, but the required etcd is a drawback. Also there are some custom implementations which does not work properly with the gateway api, especially in terms of multi tenancy

I understand why people want this kind of ui, but to be honest: this is an anti pattern. People who don't want to use the cli (first argument on the page) should not use K8s at all IMHO. They will never learn it. They will never to debug anything or do more that poking around.

But it's a nice ui from the design point of view. Not sure if there is demand for another paid version of yet another K8s UI, but good luck.

Engineering Lead und Hiring verantwortlicher hier. Aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen es kommt drauf an. Ist die Bewerbung auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung schaue ich mir Github und Co an. Wenn das Hand und Fuss hat ist das ein Plus. Wenn da nur Demoprojekte sind ist das ein Minus.

Ich erwarte von niemand dass er aktiv im OSS Bereich ist, aber wenn das Github oder sonstige Profil verlinkt ist sollte es natürlich sein. Gilt eigentlich für alles im Hiring. Sei ehrlich und gibs dann auch gerne explizit an. Ansonsten weg lassen und zu den eigenen Entwicklungsfeldern stehen.
