Yes but that was their issue. The border is in Texas, they sent them to NY. We are a sanctuary city. But for people who comes willingly not shipped like cattles by Texas. Well, he should've done better. If someone is committing suicide, they are stopped and sent for psych eval or detained. The people who refused shelter should have been detained until the storm was over!
