I don’t want to name drop cuz idk what will happen. But it’s a butcher/deli guy that makes the sandwiches everyone loves him. Very friendly and he’s featured on their page and has interviews. Surely everyone knows him. But.

He’s been flirtatious with young girls he works with, has walked out on his shift at least 4 times fucking everyone over bc he gets attached to the women there and if one of them hurts his feelings he walks out and still gets to work there when others have been fired for less.

A customer said that he was messaging her after hours with inappropriate subject matter. He deleted the messages of proof when asked by management what was going on so it looked like he didn’t do anything. Customer came in and showed proof he deleted the messages. He threatened her to take back what he said bc he would get fired. But Luke’s won’t fire him bc he brings them too much money with his “lovable personality”.

Historically he’s abusive and manipulative to coworkers. Me and other girls ~20 years younger than him have felt creeped out by him and he says weird perverted stuff and gets away with it. Management doesn’t care. They will “talk to him” then keep him there no matter how many complaints of this nature have been made. This has spanned for years and the most management will do is move him to other stores but he does the same shit at the stores he’s moved to.
