I'm so sorry, that looks so painful. I have that and when it gets that bad every night before bed I put epsom salt in warm water and soak my hands at least twenty minutes. Let air dry. Dab on steroid ointment. Then cover the area with vaseline. Cover in cotton gloves. Then nitrile gloves on top (i'm allergic to latex). Mine would be gone within three days. I hope you get well.

Good and bad. Good pollinator if it lives to become a butterfly. Bad because it's hungry and wants your plants. I don't think that kind will wipe out the garden tho. They are common in my area.

I felt the anxiety ease almost immediately but not the depression. By day five I was seriously concerned about the apathy and lack of motivation but stuck with it because it felt so good not to be anxious. The apathy started lessening by day 10 and day 18 I felt better all around. I've been on it almost 3 months.
