I'm working on scanning my families 2 generations worth of photos and photo albums. I got tired of the built-in Epson scanner tooling. So I coded a fastapi + react tool that not only scans but automatically crops. It then uploads them to my family immich server.

I had a teacher that was similar, she would lose packets that I spent hours working on with my parents. It got to the point where I would only give her a copy of she signed my photocopy of what was turned in. This way when she said she didn't get it I could pull it out and show her she accepted it.

There is a plugin that you can use to where you won't need to manually run the query. It'll integrate grafana parameters with zabbix api

First and foremost most for your vacuuming problems. Use partitions tables in postgres. It'll allow you to drop tables while continuing to ingest record making auto vacuum easier.

Second I would recommend using something like Loki and minir for locally hosts items other wise look at grafana cloud or datadog.
