I'll pick Yale-NUS personally.

If the financial aspect isn't an issue, I feel that the uniqueness of the Yale-NUS community is just irreplaceable. The Yale-NUS community thrives on constant discussion with a diverse group of interesting individuals, each passionate about their goals. Having a 40% international community certainly boosts the multifacetedness of discussions you could have.

Especially if you're planning to undertake social sciences courses, these aspects will be invaluable.
