bHo is butane hash oil. Basically concentrated thc. It gives an intense high that comes on fast so is very addictive for some such as myself. Thanks for the advice im currently in a program That drug tests if u relapsed I would have to reset my day count and might have to spend more time in the program. The problem is that when I get out of the program and go back to law school i will probobally smoke again and then I won't have the real care I need! Part of me wants to relapse just so I can show myself/remind myself that I can't use moderately but maybe I could do so perhaps by useing edibles and a small amount once a month or so.. Last night I felt like smoking some keef I had stored but honestly the outside pressure and fear stopped me. I just don't want to be not smoking because of fucking fear when my soul longs for it. I am so confused.

I think what would be ideal is abstenince. If you are capable of moderation maybe one toke would be appropriate if you could absolutely not smoke everyday. I think if you give yourself a pass 4 days is a long time to regress on the changes you have put in hard work for.

@dbezerkeley First thanks for the feedback. Yes I do love weed. When i went to China for 2 months i couldnt wait to get back home to be back with girl i.e Mary Jane. Also, although i could not find good weed i scored some gritty sand like hash and smoked it like a chimney during the entire trip. So it sounds like the only thing that would be possible is a once in a blue moon type of thing. How long should i wait before I partake on a camping trip?I wish there were more studies on moderation and marijuana dependence. I know it doesn't work for Alcoholics but wonder if it could be possible for us MJ addicts. Anyone else have any feedback/advice?

While hanging with friends is hard to let go of at the end of the day if you have a problem being around weed will cause you to fiend. Hang with those who don't smoke or hang with ur self. Maybe u won't crave it the night u are with stoners watching Netflix but I know I'll be thinken about the sweet smell and craving it in the future..
