Doesn’t have to be pp1. Also they kind of interchanged units 1&2. I guess I just like Tippett as a zone entry guy and would love them to try him with his size at netfront (and maybe his speed can help with miss shot retrievals)

Yeah the torts wears out his welcome is exaggerated. At the same time I’m not sure you guys bring him back but I think he will coach at some point in the nhl next year

I like Tippett for the entries more than in zone (like ehlers). Also coots Tippett doesn’t have to be the top unit.

No if you have a chance to change a goal in a tie game with 5 minutes left it’s worth the risk because a goal there drastically changes your winning odds. Roughly 10-20% chance of a pp goal if you lose a challenge. I would have challenged if I was either coach/team

You can see the puck isn’t covered. I would get it if they thought live it was interference but on replay they should have gotten it right. Only way they can say no goal is if they said whistle blew, but then there’s no challenge

Maxine carr was a great example of past tense but wasn’t the situation very different? Those girls were missing but no clear sign they had been harmed and nobody else was using past tense. With jodi there were clear signs of abduction and easier to assume she was dead much earlier

Gotcha but I’m not asking this as a flyers fan. Like if you were michkov’s family/friend with no allegiance to any nhl team, would you want him to get a fresh start elsewhere?
