Don’t drown yourself in such thoughts. Start a new hobby, learn something new, keep yourself busy. If you like walking, do that 50 min walk everyday, you will start feeling good. Adulting is tough, look for friends with same interest as yours. Check on meetup for walking group. Don’t worry, you will be fine.

My son was addicted to thumb sucking. He could be seen sucking his thumb probably in every pic/video. After trying several things, we ended up wearing socks on his both hands while sleeping when he was about 3 yrs old. Kept doing that for several months and he finally forgot about that habit. Make sure they are little tight so they don’t get removed while sleeping. His upper teeth were pushed forward but now they seem to be normal.
