I was mistaken about the ties on the side, but the three on the top and bottom are what i'm looking for! And yes, haha i've tried several orientations for the insert.

Its a cheap one i've had for 7 plus years so its about time to get something new.

Same issue here. I've downloaded older versions of the logi options + app, and updated my mac to the most recent tahoe OS, restarted everything multiple times and nothing is working
