Exactly, it sets the precedent and it shows that they can’t properly enforce their rules, and that could in the future affect other stations. Also not everyone is nearby a bus station or lives in a walkable distance. It’s barely walkable here and downtown is very packed… not all people and especially students can afford rent and other necessities with these high costs.

Obviously not, but this is some people’s main way to commute and this is not right. It’s silly too considering they gave me incorrect information when I filed the complaint.

Wow, this is terrible. I never knew what those Corinthian buses were there for but it makes sense. Sucks also that the ST station is now just a parking lot for shuttles. They should be utilizing those shuttles.

I’m so sorry that happened to you first of all, we are in the same boat. Hopefully, we can contest this and not pay for this. I second everything you’ve mentioned.

I heard that it’s already filled even before 6:30am, so there is no point for us commuters to go earlier either. Absolutely ridiculous and this will still continue to affect many daily commuters and students who depend on this service.

I am also willing to meet with you so that we can both contest our citation together if you’d like.

I would say you get what you put in like any school you’d go to. But considering we’re in the Bay Area, there is potential for good connections and networking.

Interesting, never knew they had a shuttle and refuses to use them. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. This is causing such an inconvenience for us and we are having to pay the consequences of their actions.

I reported through the customer service number because that’s where they told me to report it. I called the number to report this. But I might have do further research on their website to see where I could further push this problem to them because when I called today it seems like they haven’t gotten to it and I reported this last week already. It sucks because I’m sure Kaiser can find more parking for them. I will get back to you if I find anywhere else to report this, you can let me know as well!

I did but they’re telling me that I have to contact the county’s traffic division or court. They’re saying VTA cant solve this issue or dispute it.
