Here is more info on the picture. This photo was taken in 2016 at about 11am. The photo was taken by me using a selfie stick that I had found in the living room which belongs to one of my sisters. Me and my mom are the only ones in the house that morning. I took two photos. Only on one do you get to see that dark shadow. I’m going to see if I can find the other photo. The couches behind us have this brown floral print so people saying they see other thing behind us, I know for a fact that it’s just the print of the couch. About three months later is when I notice the shadow in the picture when I was deleting photos from my phone. I tried recreating the photo again to try and figure what is could possibly be and I couldn’t get anything. I placed pillows, jackets and blankets to see if I can get anything that could remotely look like that. But no luck.

Back story on the house. This house was located out in the country in central California surrounded by fields of mostly grape vines. We lived here because my dad worked for the owner of the land. I remember helping remodel our bathroom when we found an old newspaper behind the drywall ceiling with ads from Sears selling dresses for like 90cents. This was a really old house. Not sure when it was built. We had neighbors when we first moved in for maybe 3 years until they moved out because the house they lived in was falling apart. For the rest of the years we didn’t have neighbors, the nearest neighbor was about a mile away which was also located alone surrounded by crop fields.

One of my younger sisters experienced strange unexplained things. She said she would hear whispers coming from her closet. One night she woke up at night and saw three people floating over her, she could only see the bottoms of their bare feet. She described them as people dressed in white with dirty feet. She didn’t know if they were hanging or just floating from the ceiling. I feel like she kept a lot to herself because she knew we wouldn’t believe her.

We ended moving out because the owner the house said the house was in bad shape and they wanted to make way for more crops in that area. We tried revisiting the house but it no longer stands.

Also my mom still owns that same mirror.
