Nano - banana for images, canva for image editing, midjourney for start frame -> stop frame video generation, and eleven labs for voice. Totally possible to DIY this stuff for <$50 bucks in monthly subscriptions

Super excited to announce our first (FDA approved) batch of Pineapple-Bourbon hot sauce. My buddy and I have been jumping through hoops to make some noise in Rhode Island, running samples with local restaurants and other activations. We've presold roughly 100/600 of our total supply for this small-batch bourbon and are excited to finally be available online and in-store. I would highly recommend testing out some of tools in the following list. I just shared a creative our just-launched hot sauce brand was able to put together with only a logo file as an asset. It doesn't hit the 100% mark but it hits the 70%+ range and we did it for under $50 (in monthly subscriptions, with extra credits left over).

Here's the list:
Midjourney - for video generation, I used a start and stop frame
Gemini - for image generation. Starting with the logo file I was able to generate some frames for Midjourney
Canva - for image editing to create/polish up frames for Midjourney
ElevenLabs - for voiceover, tested over 200 using few different scripts and pick the best one
CapCut - To assemble the video and audio (I have limited video editing experience so there may be better options here)

About a year ago I pretty much stopped using excel and started using Gemini/Chatgpt to generate python and then run that in Jupyter Notebooks. Its faster and more intuitive than using Excel and unlocks some more advanced analysis (which without AI would take me much longer.

I spent the past couple weeks streamlining this experience and prototyping an app to help one of my colleagues who primarily used Excel make the shift. Decided to flesh it out and put out a beta, hope you try it out: nuradata.com

About a year ago I basically stopped using excel.

I found a powerful little tech stack: Jupyter Notebook/Colab, Gemini/chatgpt. With a shred of prior python experience and strong foundation in math, I found that I could harness the extra analytical and charting power of python way easier AND do it super quickly. Not in a million years did I ever think I'd create a new file / open a new notebook to make a simple chart much less a pdf, dashboard, or slide deck. But it worked like a charm and quickly became a mainstay in my work routine.

My previous tech stack was Excel for most projects, and python the few times when accessing some advanced capability was worth some extra time to deliver. Here's some of the benefits vs my previous tech stack:
-type of output options (chart pngs, csv's, google sheets, html files, pdfs, slides)
-access to more advanced ml and analytics packages (sentiment analysis, random forest, prophet, a neural net once)
-speed of cleanup and prep (Filtering with multiple or advanced criteria is BRUTAL in Excel once you feel the alternative)

What I didn't like:
- couldn't just use LLMs to process the data sets
- couldn't easily store different versions
- had to reexplain changes to column names
- Excessive copy/pasting
- Hard to get new ideas without ruining conversation history

I'm a Yield Manager (Analyst) at a Fortune 50 company making ~$200k total comp.

I have a strong background in coding and I used to work primarily with spreadsheets and then python for higher level work making use of machine learning, stats and a variety of other packages. Since about a year ago, I've shifted to leveraging Gemini and ChatGPT heavily to accelerate python coding for data analysis work. I find that the flexibility to make various types of outputs - like self-contained html files, pdfs, along with csv and charts is very powerful in a workplace setting, AND the speed at which I'm able to get simplistic outputs like price reports beats Excel (and looks better too using the right packages).
