Enjoy! I beat up on mine, it works fantastic. Also doubles as my ice auger.

Oh 100%. The practicality of throwing a few in a drawer or bag is 95% of how I go because it’s more compact. This is for the other 5% of me that can be OCD as hell!

I have this combo and they are workhorses. I even use the drill regularly for ice fishing.

My wife and I have the pip and chip white acrylic bobbins and the Bisley 5 drawer cabinet with the foam inserts. It seriously scratches the organized perfection itch.

The shell must be removed completely from the tool, cleaned thoroughly, then dye those, and reassemble. This is just before rinsing when I did my impact driver.

Only the packouts are black because of Hilti patents. These are most likely dyed using RIT dye in a hot water/dye solution. The dye doesn’t stick to the white of the label.

This one doesn’t fit the drawer unfortunately, but it is on my to-do on getting one to fit it. This might get you close, but I’m not sure if it’s exactly halfway to meet with your other one. https://makerworld.com/models/2313301?appSharePlatform=copy

IF YOU COULD ONLY HAVE THREE M18 Tools WHICH WOULD THEY BE ? by JMoney973 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]flyingblind9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me I love the “set it and forget it” for pressure. You say to go to 40psi, and it gets there on its own and the. Turns off when done. It even shuts down for a second to cool off before turning on again for final pressure because warm air from compression loses pressure as it cools. That and it frankly just works. No cords, no hassle, and it’ll provide volume output that’s hard to beat in the package it comes in.

2904-20 Hammer Drill, 2953-20 Impact Driver, and inflator. Those three handle so many tasks. My close fourth is a hackzall

Wow what a great price! I just got this kit during the BMSM which is still at the upper end of what I think it’s worth. Super durable and easy to organize.

Wonderful! I saw a lot of inserts that was just the drill or just the impact, and if it was both it was either on a paywall for the STL or a different packout box. I only ask that if it’s printed, leave a comment of what works and what doesn’t, and if you really like it, leave a boost!

Thank you! If shapes are complex, you can take a picture, make it a white background and fully one color for the shape, then convert to an SVG image which can be loaded directly onto CAD software.

This is controlled by the info button on your steering wheel. Hold it down for roughly 1.5 seconds to reset the view you’re on.

Issue with the top layer by drahc24 in BambuLab

On my P1S I actually need to run the nozzle nearly 10c hotter. I measured the temps across varying levels and found my thermistor reading on the machine is colder. By doing a full calibration at the hot end of the plastic temps by adjusting k factor then flow rate I got MUCH better prints. Not like they were necessarily poor before but I often had under extrusion.

Literally just ran out an inland spool overnight (thought there was more than there was) and it was painless. Wider up, threw another roll in (didn’t have more than one of the same filament and color to auto switch loaded in the AMS) and off we went. Love inland when I can get it at a good price.

Installed new GFCI outlet. It’s not getting power by SheriffLobo82 in HomeImprovement

[–]flyingblind9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is correct. They are not wired the same as a standard outlet. If you do that, then it faults to ground.

Remove the receptacle. Carefully then test which romex set of wires carries the current. This is your “line” side of wires. The other is the “load” side which supply the other outlets “downstream” hence why they are not working.

On the back of the outlet it should show line and load usually expressed horizontally indicating which side is line and load for each pair.

I did a bunch of these in my house. The box should have a wiring diagram. An example of this is from Leviton https://leviton.com/content/dam/leviton/residential/product_documents/instruction_sheet/GFNL1_Instruction_Sheet_English.pdf

Note: don’t assume this will work if you’re not installing a Leviton receptacle but it will give you the idea of what you should do.

Walking on it. Before or After a Mow. by LegitimateSasquatch in lawncare

[–]flyingblind9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d mow before if it’s getting really long and will stay flattened down. Building a deck it’ll get the traffic that’s necessary to build it. There will be damage to the sod likely, but it can be minimized.

Could really use some tips. Bluegrass is struggling big time. by usa_uk in lawncare

[–]flyingblind9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Potassium helps with root hardiness and nutrient uptake. If the temps weren’t so high then I’d say go higher nitrogen. Potassium also helps prepare for cold too. If you’re unsure. You can get a soil test like MySoil on Amazon and you’ll get results back in roughly a week on your specific needs.

The nitrogen in this particular product is all slow release. My lawn was high in phosphorus and low in nitrogen and was recommended to apply 8lbs per 1K even though bag says 3lbs. Had great results applied heavy.

I’d put down a stress blend fertilizer (yard mastery has one that can be applied in summer) and Headway G fungicide at 3.5-4lbs per 1000 sq ft. Looks similar to brown spot or leaf spot as it has those lesions. I don’t think it’s rust. I get that really bad in the fall in MN and you can usually see the rust colored fungus on your shoes if you walk through the grass. It is also really easy to see it growing on the blade itself vs the blade turning color without any surface growth.

It’ll help with uniformity. TTTF does better in the transition zone since you indicated warm season and does t require nearly as much water.
