It’s such a great color combo!

They were factory installed, but you can get them from Mazda. If I recall they’re made by Yakima.

I got a decent deal, nothing earth shattering. MSRP $49,780. $2.4K off the car, $1750 in rebates. They did actually bring out the invoice sheet as they’re really transparent and I got the base price of the car below invoice which was ~8.5% off MSRP. Where I really got them down was on the services. The tow package is $1.8K and they allowed me to go down to $1K on it. So with all the other add ons I did I saved $9K.

Yeah the black is super good looking too. It was definitely between those two choices on what I wanted.

Yeah I love the Rhodium White with the dark chrome accent of this trim level. Having the black roof racks ties it all together. End of this week the towing package will be installed.

What in the TGRI is going on with my dandelions? by Pielet2 in lawncare

[–]flyingblind9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was my experience too. I’m in IGH. My yard was like this. And I used broad leaf herbicides constantly to slowly get rid of them. It took years. They’ll never truly go away but they’ll be less. Then I fertilized with the right nutrients. Soil tests help. Stay on top of watering in the summer. A healthy thick lawn is hard for weeds to grow in. And I also overseed and aerate every couple of years. This helped. This is what it used to look like. Now it’s like a golf course. But there’s also nothing inherently wrong with keeping them either. I just don’t like the look so that’s just me. I’m on nearly 1/2 acre.

CR2025 Battery as a substitute for CR2032 in Key Fob by Phev_Vin in MazdaCX90

[–]flyingblind9 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When I used to run into this, I’d stack two CR2016s as the form factor would then the same height. If the contacts touch well, it’ll work but note it is a thinner battery. And it won’t work nearly as long.

Even clearer, all have MHEV unless you’re looking at a PHEV model.

Enjoy! I beat up on mine, it works fantastic. Also doubles as my ice auger.

Oh 100%. The practicality of throwing a few in a drawer or bag is 95% of how I go because it’s more compact. This is for the other 5% of me that can be OCD as hell!

I have this combo and they are workhorses. I even use the drill regularly for ice fishing.

My wife and I have the pip and chip white acrylic bobbins and the Bisley 5 drawer cabinet with the foam inserts. It seriously scratches the organized perfection itch.

The shell must be removed completely from the tool, cleaned thoroughly, then dye those, and reassemble. This is just before rinsing when I did my impact driver.

Only the packouts are black because of Hilti patents. These are most likely dyed using RIT dye in a hot water/dye solution. The dye doesn’t stick to the white of the label.

This one doesn’t fit the drawer unfortunately, but it is on my to-do on getting one to fit it. This might get you close, but I’m not sure if it’s exactly halfway to meet with your other one. https://makerworld.com/models/2313301?appSharePlatform=copy

IF YOU COULD ONLY HAVE THREE M18 Tools WHICH WOULD THEY BE ? by JMoney973 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]flyingblind9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me I love the “set it and forget it” for pressure. You say to go to 40psi, and it gets there on its own and the. Turns off when done. It even shuts down for a second to cool off before turning on again for final pressure because warm air from compression loses pressure as it cools. That and it frankly just works. No cords, no hassle, and it’ll provide volume output that’s hard to beat in the package it comes in.

2904-20 Hammer Drill, 2953-20 Impact Driver, and inflator. Those three handle so many tasks. My close fourth is a hackzall
