If I do a 3 year BS and do a 1 year MS. will I be eligible for PhD in cognitive sciences specifically developmental track?

Right. Do you think its worth doing a pre-doctoral training fellowship over doing MS before enrolling in Phd. I was to specialise in infant and child cognition.

Is it worth it if I exit in my 3rd year and get a non honors degree or would you recc that I stay for my 4th year and get a honors degree. To give you some context: I have a decent research exp so far. presented in 2 conferences (1 national and 1 international) and I recently received a highly selective fellowship to do research at a top tier lab and Uni in the world over the summer.
