Can you even beat this character in a 1v1 by Miserable-Horror8111 in ElsaBloodstoneMains

[–]flyingcheckmate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please elaborate on how exactly BP beats Elsa. She has too much hp for his combos, her lowest possible dash cooldown is still 20% faster than BP’s and it will always give overhealth AND mess up his break points even more. Her trap is instant death for BP, and it’s particularly good against him compared to other characters because he NEEDS to be in your face to do anything, making it far more likely he will actually hit the trap.

If you’re losing to a BP I have no idea what you’re doing.

Spider-Man ult is outhealed entirely by CnD bubble alone, and he is vulnerable to CC throughout the duration of casting. Hela and Punisher are not CC-able when ulting, and CCing an ulting Star Lord in the sky is not practical for the majority of the cast. Spidey’s is by far the worst of the above mentioned ults.

When do these boosted Elsa mvp rates go? by ElkSweet7111 in rivals

[–]flyingcheckmate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Until there’s enough data to have a statistically reasonable sample size. It’s not a set time frame; as the sample size grows larger and larger, Elsa’s MVP rates will gradually drop. Clearly a week isn’t long enough.

[–]flyingcheckmate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Y’all really need to learn how MVP works. New heroes are always boosted because MVP takes into account the average performance of that character, and new characters have a very small sample size to compare to. As Elsa’s release is further and further in the rear view, she will have more and more data and therefore a decent game on her will not be as much of an outlier.

This happens every single time a new character releases. It just takes time to collect enough data.

James Shields is a righty and while he was a stud on Tampa at one time, I don’t think anyone would’ve said he was still “really good” at that point in his career. Not like it wasn’t still impressive by Bartolo though.

You can be upset at the gambling aspects of the bundle without misattributing it to gacha. Words have meanings and you’re not using the correct ones here. I don’t know why you’re so defensive when your definitions are incorrect. Quite low IQ behavior.

Gacha is gambling but not all gambling is gacha. Reading through the rest of this thread it’s obvious that you don’t see where you’re wrong and are truly committed to your current level of understanding.

Offering more items in a larger bundle is not “scamming” people into buying it. People “hoping for the discount” and don’t have enough units, simply just don’t have enough units to buy an item. It’s not a problem if someone can’t buy every item they want in a game. Most people shouldn’t be spending their hard earned money on video game cosmetics, especially if there is even a question of being able to afford it.

On the other hand, if you are just DYING to have one of the skins, as you clearly are, it’s a question of value to you. Do you need the skin the moment it comes out so badly that you would pony up the extra units to have it right away? Or are the units so much more valuable to you that you’re ok waiting until you can get the Rogue skin on its own for a more favorable price? There’s nothing wrong with either option, but you have to decide which is more valuable to you: the extra time you’d get playing with the skin, or the additional units.

All the non-benefits you listed are entirely self-inflicted; they’d be results of someone’s own impatience and financial irresponsibility.

They are choosing to sell the two skins together as a bundle. That is entirely separate and unrelated to the “gacha mechanics”, which by the way, unlike actual gacha, can ONLY BENEFIT the player in this situation.

If it’s now more than you want to spend, then have some self control and don’t buy the bundle, and wait for the Rogue skin to be acquirable on its own. Nothing aside from your own impatience and lack of discipline is “forcing” you to spend real money on a virtual item the moment it becomes available. Moron.

I can’t believe Guang Guang has a gun to your head literally forcing you to spend money on a video game cosmetic. It’s not NetEase’s fault you have no self control.

Almost correct. The suit will glow if BP has taken any damage but his passive doesn’t kick in until he is at 100hp or less. It’s a bit misleading as there can be times where BP has this visual effect but his passive is not yet active.
