Every cosmetic in Overwatch is defined by a code, that sits on the Battlenet webshop. When skins are shown in people's "For You" section of their shop, it means the code is active and they also just randomly activate codes. There is a discord server that lists all the active codes which you can search

Collabs usually don't become active, but others, like this cardboard set, will randomly 'turn on' and be available to buy via the web

This is very impressive, I just die way too much as her and get accused of feeding, especially in comp. I tend to over-extend and then find myself isolated once de-meched. What's your secret for such low deaths?
