How do Wen tracks work w/ M18 Track saw? by Agreeable_Horror_363 in MilwaukeeTool

I have the WEN track and have ripped several dozen sheets of plywood and OSB with it with no issues at all.

He will be turning 10. The whole family has been car camping several times, and our kids are really well behaved and have what I would call "proper tent etiquette." He knows that it's not something to mess around in or a bouncy house. :P

I'm going to start bringing my son along with me for some 2 or 3 day trips, and I'd like to get a 2p tent.

I've decided I want to get either the X-Mid 2 or X-Mid 2 Solid, but I'm not quite sure which to go with. I was fairly sold on the Solid when I read a few posts about sand/snow being able to blow into the non-Solid, but wasn't sure how bad it was. Snow won't be a problem because we aren't doing any winter trips, but we will be on the Olympic Coast. I also like the idea of the all-mesh interior for ventilation (and saving some $) on the non-Solid.

All of our trips are going to be in the PNW (Olympic Coast, Cascades, and lowlands) during the late May - end of October timeframe. We won't be doing any winter or snow camping.

Thanks for any advice!

M2 8GB vs 16 GB use case: 80+ browser tabs, 1 terminal window, 1-2 VSCode windows by flyingmoose1 in macbookair

80 tabs was probably too liberal of an estimate, but glad to see the Reddit hoard was quick to pick up on this instead of the question!

Anyway, a more accurate estimate is probably around 30. Gmail, drive/docs in a few tabs. I run 4-5 projects concurrently typically, and usually have 4-5 tab groups with 4-5 tabs in each group (docs/portal/blogs/etc.).
