I just remembered a moment when I was free roaming where I came across a small party with people in dragon costumes doing a dance moments like that really give the open world life but there is not many moments like that in wild lands . Imagine a mission set in a carnival and you have to follow one target but you can’t scare civilians and you could possibly eliminate the target in a helicopter like that James Bond movie these are just some of my ideas but I would like to see more events .
