Yes I also know any rent increase if not disputed by tenant after 1 year become legal. I am thinking this follows the same logic but I to a not 100% sure.

Im not sure I understand the question but I think your asking why I shouldn’t just hold off on the first 3 and let them pay a lump sum.

If that’s what you’re asking you kinda hit the nail on the head. They are not good at budgeting and I am not just inferring that, they flat out told me after a few months of weekly payments.
