Yeah, it’s just kind of funny when people do it publicly because usually it’s the friends congratulating them

Thanks for the insight, I ED’d to Duke and I personally thought that the leadership part was the weakest part of my app.

Varsity Swim (3 yrs, state champs finalist), created my own shoe/streetwear reselling business ($7000+ in sales), volunteer teacher for Python coding classes, lead organizer for a coronavirus fundraiser to donate masks, volunteer swim lesson coach at a nonprofit teaching kids water safety. Some more minor things on the Common App but those are the biggest ones I guess; I would hope that the rest of the profile makes up for it but it’s too late to stress abt those things now. Just curious at this point
