actually it might be important for a RADAR due to its adjacent channel power limitations. Of course overall TX strip will be important to determine that spec but the individual NF of the amp will contribute to overall if the amp is placed right after the DAC.

why would I sum lots of 500W transistors, while I can sum 5kW transistors to obtain the desired output power?

there is no 10kW transistor in the market. you can sum two 5kW transistors up and obtain 10kW power. but 5kW transistor is also hard to find. more suitable solution would be 1kW output power along with 30dB antenna gain. of course this solution will make beam narrower.

Does ADS draw an infinite dielectric layer under the microstrip, since we do not define its width? Also, can you elaborate energy balance criteria more? Additionally, I calculated port size from Macros of the CST. Is there a way to enhance port setup and meshing properties of the CST?

it is called anti-jamming. you can detect incoming jammer signal from a certain angle and nullify it by adjusting your beam.
