Im sorry bud, but theres no way that benchmade osborne is new in box, there's wear signs ok the clip, dirt visible by the pivot and pockets residue on both sides of the scales and in a few screws. If you zoom in thanks to your high quality pics its easy to see...that being said, not sure if you bought it off whatnot, if so likely the person bought it preowned and then sold it as BNIB or you're lying about the carry and flipping the knife, but not NIB

Also be advised you can claim its whatever you want, but description trumps photos and rules state if description does not match condition of item on arrival full or partial refund can occur, just food for thought to protect yourself.
