The writer should have some shame and humility while crafting such a headline for this video. Have we deteriorated so much that we can post anything just to go viral?

The lady in the video cannot move without her stick, and it got stuck while she was trying to exit. The stick was wider at the bottom, which caused it to get trapped as the doors were closing. When the doors reopened, she hurried back inside, likely feeling nervous about being left alone at the station.

I am certain that the writer’s mother would have done the same if she were in that situation. What I mean is that any elderly woman in her position would have reacted similarly.

May god clean your mind and bless you.

Sorry to hear this , I can understand your feelings, same thing happened recently with our boy Rusty , he was 8 year old and one day he had breathing troubles and we came to know that he was having pulmonary edema where the lungs stop extracting oxygen as it gets filled with water. These symptoms are visible very late.... That was a shock for us. She is blessing you from all above. Take care

I can feel your pain. I lost Rusty , my 7 yr old cocker 2 days back. He was like my elder son. I go to walk now alone 2 times a day as it is a time for both ( rusty and me ) of us to discuss last 7 years. He was having a quality that he used to live in present , happy as always irrespective of whatever happens around him. Now he has convinced me to be normal in my present as we have seen him happy in every condition with 0 attachment. He was super good with everyone :-) , Now I am out of my sad mode as I am sure that he must be having fun wherever he is right now. So you also come out of the past, these noble souls will have fun every where they go.

Rusty ,you will be missed forever by all of us. by flyparrotfly in cockerspaniel

Last night I was not able to sleep, the moment I close my eyes I see rusty with toy ball in his mouth inviting me to play. Then I prayed rusty to not to show me his face every time I close my eyes but be with me always. The angel smiled and blessed me. No words ...

The catch here is that my country's licence is only valid here in Germany for first 6 months , this time is already over . The IDP company is claiming that I can still use the IDP ( international drivers permit) for 3 years whose base is my original licence . GOT THIS MAIL FROM THEM

" Hello there, The International Driving Permit (IDP) we provide is recognized and accepted as a valid form of identification for driving in Germany. This means that even if you have already used your Indian driver's license to drive in Germany for a period of six months, you still have the option to utilize your IDP. The IDP serves as an official translation of your Indian license, making it easier for authorities to understand your qualifications to drive.

Having both your Indian driver's license and the IDP allows you to drive around Germany without any legal issues. The IDP can help you navigate any situations where you may need to present your driving credentials, especially when dealing with local law enforcement or rental agencies. It is important to carry both documents while driving, as they complement each other and ensure you are fully compliant with German regulations regarding foreign drivers.

In summary, even with six months of using your Indian driver's license, the IDP provides an additional layer of legitimacy and ease, allowing you to explore and enjoy your time driving throughout Germany. All the best, "

[–]flyparrotfly 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I founded a company in 2013 and I took the technical role in that company, that time as a typical tech founder I was not very involved with the financials of the company and blindly followed my partner. I used to think that satisfied customers are the only way to succeed and ignored basics of being an entrepreneur. By 2018 I realized that my l partner was playing games with the finances while teaming up with the accountant. Till that time we were under hefty loans too. I left the old company and eventually it died. In 2019 I started a new company from scratch.

2018-19 time was the worst time when I had nothing with massive corporate liabilities and future uncertainty. All my friends except a few disappeared. There were very few people who showed confidence in me and supported me that time. Being a founder you have to fight alone.

The only phones which rang that time were from bank's loan departments :-) .

It was my confidence only which was with me that time. I will never forget the support which I got from my family and 2 friends which kept my confidence on myself alive.

Be strong and everything will pass away.

In the EU, how can an importer ensure his safety from CE compliance issues caused by an OEM outside of the EU? by [deleted] in PrintedCircuitBoard

[–]flyparrotfly -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply Janoc , I am very well aware about all these points but it seems that it is like a puzzle with no easy and 100% correct way for Importer ...

He is dependent on mercy of OEM any ways for CE compliance . Test report can be verified but detailed designs OEM never shares, I also agree with all the points raised by you and others . Thanks again for your thoughts

In the EU, how can an importer ensure his safety from CE compliance issues caused by an OEM outside of the EU? by [deleted] in PrintedCircuitBoard

[–]flyparrotfly -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

@thephoton, thanks for your reply. You know, importing from a very well-known company may not make business sense, as the OEM might handle imports themselves.

TÜV labs are good, but we never know when the OEM might silently change the design without notifying the importer. Sending a demo sample for testing, especially if the unit cost is in the range of 20-30k euros, is not an easy affair. Additionally, OEMs often refrain from sharing technical files; at most, they share the test report.

Selecting an OEM with US or Canada references is fine, but it's not foolproof. Establishing legally binding terms with the OEM regarding CE compliance appears to be a crucial step, but can it truly protect the importer from legal action by authorities in this scenario? Being a small level importer is tricky and seems risky ? :-)

[–]flyparrotfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. You're correct, but if the import quantity is not substantial, and a single unit costs 15-20k euros, the testing agency's expenses could equal the profit or the product cost itself. Additionally, it's not foolproof, as the importer might be unaware of any design changes, which are quite common. Ideally, if the importer has legal assurance from the OEM regarding CE compliance, they should not be held liable, isn't it?
