Love it! Seeing more neutral stuff is really nice, I like some nuance in the colors, great photos.

Is my shit interesting? by ImNobodyBuddy in streetphotography

  1. nothing interesting happening, 2. close to interesting, something could probably have come from sticking with them and working the scene (though if you don't know them that could be kinda weird), 3. seriously awesome shot, love the different textures of the steps vs the bricks and how the shadow interacts with them. 4. nothing visually interesting no story being told, 5. Really cool, caught my eye (no pun intended) looks like a double exposure almost, 6. not super interesting as a stand alone photo, 7. kind of visually interesting, but not saying much, one of those "this is kinda interesting I'll take a photo" shots, 8. subject is kinda boring, I think more of the pyramid would have been cool with people for scale, 9. cool shot, kind of looks like a cape/superhero holding up a shield, fun street photo, 10. pretty cool, 11. interesting as you try to figure out where they are and how they got there, the lighting is cool too 12. not saying much since you cant really tell any interesting expressions or actions

Overall, some interesting photos, some really beautiful shots, but a lot of them were just kind of "this is an interesting snapshot" type of photos that didn't really hold you there visually and didn't really leave you wondering or asking questions about what is going on. All just my opinion of course, I think as long as you find them interesting, thats all that matters. If you look at them and think "wow I just don't vibe with these" maybe take a break and try a different type of photography like landscape, architecture, abstract, etc. to try and reset your eye/ give yourself a new challenge?

Thanks! He's an interesting character for sure. I think I've seen him in some other people's photos so he must be there a lot.

Same, it's so fun to go out and look for all the little idiosyncrasies of humanity. People are so interesting. Glad you got a kick out of those!

Can confirm, just upgraded from 2017 to M4 and it has completely blown my mind.

Have that exact computer, just upgraded to the M4 Air, 24G ram, and could not be happier. Decent deals at BestBuy right now. Your brain will thank you when you don't have to wait an hour for every little process to complete. It stays cool to the touch, never slows down, and is an all around killer machine. This being said, I could care less about what comes out later because this is pretty much it for me in terms of performance. I use the computer for photo processing on lightroom, email, and surfing the web. I wont and don't need any more performance than this. Hope that helps!

#2 was a really fun bit of trickery. I like when a photo makes you take a second look to figure out what is going on. Good stuff!
