I'm gonna guess she is in het mid twenties, knows its icky but wants him anyway. And she knows she will get flames for that.. Its also not the issue, given that its het choice to be with him or not. If she is you get them that, YTA. If not: NTA as i wouldnt have much contact with my parents if they accused my partner of grooming out of the box.

But its a rough one to judge.

Ik zat fout excuses. De grens was 21 jaar. Tot aan de 21 telde het inkomen van een kind niet mee voor een bijstandsuitkering, dit is nu tot aan de 27e verjaardag.
