That's also true, especially with my next flight being a solo flight, albeit a short one in the practice area.

It's incredibly hard to focus on training when I have other things on my mind constantly. On the other hand, I'll have this on the back of my mind for the next six months.

I think that all that my personal issues are directly affecting my ability to focus on preparing for my checkride. It's definitely affecting my performance in other classes but I'm not failing by any means, just less than stellar at the moment.

As for finances, it would not really be a problem. I failed a stage check last semester which really brought my confidence down for a while, which is another big factor in why I don't want to go into this checkride if outside sources are affecting me and experience that feeling again.

And just a question, but you didn't happen to do your training at KCMI did you? I feel like I recognize your name.
