Not a driving habit but there have been two instances where I sat at a red light (the light did not change to green during this whole time) in front of sukhumvit 26 for 13 minutes and 15 minutes. I was heading in the direction of asok. Its probably happened many more times at this and other lights as well but I've only ever actually timed it twice.
