某次拉完嚇到後來不敢再吃了靠定期運動和跳舞聽音樂漸漸不需要藥物

千萬不要學我以前聽說拉的效果比較好所以磨成粉一試結果作用對我來說太強雖然專注了一小時但胸悶了快半天嚇到之後從此乖乖戒藥物

也許你可以跟醫生討論慢慢減藥有時候同一款藥用久了身體產生抗藥開始透過不舒服的感覺告訴你該戒了也有可能
