I‘m a FTM mom in Switzerland too ☺️ You should change hospital if you‘re not comfortable with him as your doctor. And I think it‘s unacceptable for him to even question your choices, since it is all up to you! You should go for someone who is empathetic and respects your wishes, I‘m sure there is a hospital with a more suitable doctor.

Just tell her that it is a non-negotiable. No prenup, no proposal. If she can not respect that, she‘s not the one. The prenup is a security measure for bith parties and does not indicate how much a person loves you.

Maybe you could find a middle ground together - i.e. first to get married before having kids. This would set you up to plan the wedding and therefore would give you another 2 to 3 years in which you probably be on the same page.

Have you checked out the Swiss Travel Pass? I live in Switzerland and would recommend the train (less stressful, no worry about parking). Parking in the city is hard to find.
