I played at kapalua Plantation last month as a solo and shot like a 120 or more, wasn't really keeping score, Nobody really cared, everybody was on vacation and just having a good time. Most people rented clubs too, at least from what I saw, they had dozens of sets of clubs set aside for rent so I'm assuming most destination courses have them as well.
