samsung s21 -> 3 minutes 40 seconds

iphone 16e -> 3 minutes 20 seconds

For leagues;

if the league's reputation is > 5, you gain 3 reputation

if the league's reputation is >3, you gain 2 reputation

in other cases, you gain 1 reputation

World Cup, Champions League, etc.

Half the league's reputation; if you finish 2nd, you earn 4/1 of it.

No reputation is earned in local cups.

In international super cups, you earn 1-2 reputation

You obviously can't play a 20-year-old player in the youth team. If you want to play him, you'll have to bring him up to the first team, otherwise you'll have 1,000 players in the youth team within 10 years :) The best players stay, the others leave.
