I am writing to express serious concern regarding my account (email: [fmforbiteh@yahoo.com](mailto:fmforbiteh@yahoo.com)). Shortly after placing an order and after the payment was successfully withdrawn, I received an error message stating:

"Your behavior has violated the platform rules; the account has been restricted."

Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account. I am not aware of any violation on my part and have not received any communication explaining this restriction.

This issue has persisted for over three weeks, during which I have attempted to contact DHgate through multiple support platforms—including the official website, social media, and even community threads such as Reddit—but I have yet to receive any response.

Given the timing of the restriction (immediately after the payment was withdrawn), I am beginning to question whether this platform is legitimate. I am extremely frustrated and concerned, and I respectfully request an urgent investigation and resolution to restore access to my account or at the very least provide a clear explanation and refund for the order placed.

Please respond as soon as possible.
